Attached please find a flyer to display at your counter and distribute to your sales staff and customers. There is a limited supply of sweatshirts available to all listed branches to give to customers to support this promotion.

To insure that your customer receives a sweatshirt, complete the attached form and return it to me. I will send the sweatshirt to you to give to your customer or will ship it directly (your choice).

The customer is to place an order worth $500 to be delivered from our stock (Type 3 items) or an order worth $200 to be picked up at our counters (Type 3 items coded as counter sales) to qualify. The purpose of this promotion is to turn inventory and to give customers enrolled in the Circle of Excellence promotion an opportunity to earn double points.

The promotion will begin on January 12, 2004, and continue while supplies last. Return your forms to me early and often. Happy selling!
