5. The iShield™ Control Panel

5.1 Control Panel Overview

The iShield™ Control Panel allows you to perform the following administrative tasks:

• Change your password
• View activity reports
• Enable and disable the Detection Engine
• Set content filtering capabilities
• Select a mode of operation
• Block known sites displaying offensive content

5.2 Display the Control Panel

1. Navigate to the iShield™ Control Panel by clicking Start > Programs > Guardware > iShield™ Control Panel. The iShield™ Control Panel appears. See Figure 9.
2. To hide the Control Panel, click OK to save changes, or Cancel to retain the previous settings.

5.3 Change Your Password

1. Navigate to the iShield™ Control Panel by clicking Start > Programs > Guardware > iShield™ Control Panel. The iShield™ Control Panel appears. See Figure 9.
2. In the Control Panel, click Password.
3. Enter your new password (as you would like it to be) in the second box.
4. Confirm your new password in the third box and click OK.
