The Process
We recommend a step-by-step approach
to planning the construction of a website. The first step
focuses on discovering whether we have a good fit between
ourselves and your organization.
Once we have agreed to proceed, we take your general ideas
and objectives for the website and create a broad-stroke
website plan.
The next several steps are designed to refine the website
plan into a detailed set of jobs to be done. We then establish
a timeline and specify where on the timeline those jobs
need to be completed. The website plan and the schedule
become the blueprint from which the final site will emerge.
At each step along the way, we ask that you review our progress
and sign off on it before moving on. This way we maintain
good communications throughout the process.
A Step-by-Step Approach...
The following steps assume that we
are developing a new website. If this were an existing site
that needs updating, we would modify this procedure to conform
to the specific task.
Before writing a proposal, we sit down with you to get
a feel for your perspective on the project. We ask a variety
of questions that will open up a dialogue. Learn

Based on our preliminary discussions about the website,
we submit a proposal that outlines the resources required
and estimates the cost.
Together we create a website plan that
defines your target audience, states your objectives, and
specifies your expectations for success. Learn

Once the website plan has been approved
by your management, we submit design and content drafts
for approval. Learn

Upon approval of the design and content
drafts by your management, we start production.
